Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Nottingham

It's a Costa.

Walking in it looks clean and tidy. Tables have been cleared and wiped down.

Short queue for late lunch. Waited about 5mins with two customers in front. Would have been quicker if first customer could decide what to have.

Staff lovely and very friendly. Clear and concise service.

The Xmas pigs in blankets toasties was nice and I would consider having again. The size of the portion is only just enough for me. Two of them would be too much. Americano Coffee their usual. I like it.

Unlike Starbucks, Costa do take the Amex Credit card.

While writing this review all the used tables have been cleared and cleaned.

Both toilets are modern and quite clean.

Overall a friendly atmosphere and the staff seem happy in their work.

WiFi- It's GREAT 😀. I must admit I've not tried WiFi at a Costa before. My O2 mobile Internet connection is poor here therefore slow and found they offer free WiFi. Its easy to connect too. No faffing, Just one click and Wifi 6 is connected (phone dependent). 👍

Need a power boost? There are lots of power points with USB charging under the bench...

I have been a regular at this Costa ever since it opened and I can honestly say coming here always puts a smile on my face. The staff genuinely appear like they enjoy their jobs they are always so friendly, funny and kind and always remember my order and put a spring in my step! They are always patient and kind to my children and I believe the manager runs this shop and looks after her staff well as she and they are always in good moods! Little Lisa who works there is always so chatty and kind and amazing at her job. They all are! I have always had a great experience coming to this costa. I was sad to move away and for this not to be my local any more! The Costas in London have not been as friendly and vibrant as this one! But I was pleased to see on a recent visit home that most of the same staff are there and are as lovely and friendly as ever and they remembered me which was so nice. Went through drive through at beechdale for a mango bubble frappe-it had NO mango juice on the top like normal and very Very little in the drink I asked the guy for some on top and he said they had run out -Didn’t have time to ask for something else - Got to my destination 3 mins later it was just fluke normal runny milk no thickness at all & very little mango sauce was inside tasted just like milk and guess what the straw was the wrong size and you couldn’t drink it as the bubbles jammed it and you would have had to spoon them out -The worst drink I’ve ever had absolutely really upset and annoyed this happened why give me the drink if you have run out of the main ingredient the juice and too make it worse a straw that was the wrong size-Drink is in the car and will be going back when I next go out-I will say castle retail park Costa is fabulous I’ve had the drink a few times from there and always been 12/10 -I give this drink 0/10 waste...
