Ordered Two burger meals, both arrived luke warm, with burnt burger buns. Chips cold, stale and refried full of oil. We have order 3 times and I could not complain but this time appalling food. What I don’t understand is how a chef or a manager allows food to leave from a kitchen in that state. I took the meal back to store show the manager the excuse was they were busy mistakes happen - mistake would be missing an item or missing salad from the burger not burning the buns. Manager claimed the meat is fine, so we order burgers to eat the meat not bun??? yes that definitely makes sense. I came in to the shop agitated with every right to be after spending £30.44 manager offered to remake the meal but I had refused due to the loss of appetite. I asked for refund which he promised through UBER but only refunded £18.44. Never again will I order from here. Urge people to avoid, speak to your chef and management ask would they eat what I’ve been sent. Take pride in your products. not drive customers away.

Attached is the conversation with Uber, requesting a full refund for the order but in line with policy they can’t - managing to find a number to then contact them directly policy guidelines according to be ubereats customer service once requested a refund it has to be approved by the restaurant platform and they have the ability adjust and refund the...

Honest... this word kick me with first bite of they "101" hamburger - very fresh bun (they bake them in - the - house, daily), large meaty burger, feelable beef taste grinded but not pulped like many others, subtle sweeteness of onion, crispy lettuce and tomato balanced by bottom ayoli (fresh made in the house) and just enough ketchup on top, perfect combination respecting meat 👍🏻 Seasoned fries giving unique company to burger, all served in clever wooden black box, matching yellow - black - wood interior. There was some waiting for order, but you can easy tell without checking fully open kitchen that they doing proper, not rushed job to serve really hot, complete meal. No bad smell of burned fat, tbh (again!) ,no oily smells at all, understanding when receiving low fat meal, both burger and fries look more like from air - fry like from deep fry, respect to cook. Interior to four large boot for 4 - 5 people plus few singles high chairs fronting windows, fridge with cans and bottles ( no alcohol), toilets downstairs, black fabric and tables, calmly yellow walls, one wall occupied by tree cuts with congrats/wishes on them, start to good reputation place. I pay arround 10£ for meal and can, very reasonable value do quality, I will be back to give a try to they other compositions...

First impressions 💭 The atmosphere was very nice!! You can feel the ❤️ warm welcome from staffs… also everything was so clean and tidy. We arrived in the Saturday evening... there were already some uni students there. They reminded me the good old days 😂

Food & Drinks 🍔 We chose Burg101 🍔 and Cheesish 🍔 The burger was so delicious !! The bread is super crunchy! Had a quick chat with Mehmet,,note that their 🍞 bread is directly made from bakery and not frozen at all. Everything made fresh daily !! The 🧀cheese perfectly melted with the beef... and it wasn’t too much as there were pickles and crispy onion which can balance the flavour... I think we have made a good decision by choosing these 2 🍔

Do not forget about the seasoned fried🍟!!! Excellent portion ,, we dipped it with three different sauces - homemade sauce, peri peri and mayon.. my FAVOURITE one is their homemade sauce which is a perfect match with the fried..

We also tried their chicken wings. They are well-cooked and very juicy. I love the sweet flavor. If you fancy some spicy food, please go for the buffalo wings 🌶
