You know when you really crave something? I fancied fish and chips, at first I was disappointed because they didn't have haddock, however I was completely blown away by not only the taste of the freshly prepared cod, but by the size as it flopped over the side of the plate. This with the also freshly fried chips and yummy mushy peas ensured that I simply couldn't stop eating it. It was all simply delicious! When I'm next in Nottingham, I'll definitely go back. Had a delivery of chicken kebab and a battered sausage. Sausage was dry and cold, not even attempted to make it hot! Gross. Kebab was luke warm, no sauce, dry and missing all the usual things you would expect like cabbage, onions etc. Few bits of tomato and cucumber. Absolutely wasted my money as it went in the bin for fear of food poisoning because the meat wasn't reheated to the correct temperature. I strongly advise to avoid this place. Really, really...

Ordered a takeaway tonight with just eat from Crown fish bar. Food arrived with correct receipt but when opened the food it wasn’t our order. Called the fish bar immediately who said it wasn’t their problem as it was just eat who delivered. This makes no sense as the delivery man was given the bag with the correct receipt and name on it so how could it be his error? Fish bar have taken no responsibility for this....
