Pepe's — Restaurant in Nottingham

The 1 star rating is purely due to the fact that I'm still waiting for my food and it's literally been 2 hours since I placed the order. TWO HOURS. how on earth is that even possible I understand you guys are busy but 2 hours is not acceptable. At that point if your mad overwhelmed with orders to that extent you need to either stop taking orders or actually be truthful with your delivery times instead you wna tell the just eat service that my food will be here by 9pm it's now 10pm and I'm still waiting for my food you know when your that hungry your just angry.

Disappointed in the service tonight (which I'm still yet to receive) it's a shame still the food here is really nice and they usually come correct. I definitely need to be offered a life time supply of chicken or I won't be ordering from here no more I'm absolutely hangry.

Edit: 10 past 10 food just arrived. Absolutely stone cold like it's been sat in the bag for the 2+ hours I been waiting.

Obviously I'm still gna clap it I'm starving.

But seriously disappointed in Pepe's tonight the team that on tonight needs...

First time visiting, was a little unsure but spoken to politely, professionally and gave an opinion which informed me the staff actually partook of their own cooking. After help, I choose chicken mango and lime burrito- had to laugh suggested extremely hot but had to say next time. I wanted taste and flavour not heat upon this visit, choose peri peri fries and Pepsi max. This is something I have never done before, I finished my fries first omg what a mouth orgasm, so much flavouring that it popped. Then the burrito which was so packed I struggled at first to taste the flavour and that's not a bad thing because 1.5 seconds later the burn hit and I needed a American size Pepsi max but I covered it over with the garlic mayo. I was told take as many sauces as you want and made to feel nothing was impossible from a fast food take away and ate in, fantastic and have to pay for my dad and daughter on the next visit, one wish cinnamon waffle dessert would complete this. Pepe's Piri Piri used to be one of my favourite takeaway. However, day by day this food quality has become worse and worse. Tonight I decide this is the last time I will buy from them after this no more. The food quality is not worth the price at alllllllll. I feel so disappointed. Never buy from them again. The food quality is 0 out of 10. I was angry and don't eat the food at all! I just seriously don't understand why the food quality is so worse day by day not worth the price at all. If I bought from other takeaway with their nonsense price would get a double burger meal. The chicken Xl price £5.49 not set. Omg The chicken xl poooor quality don't look or taste like £5.49 price. They delicious but when come to quality "0" I still have a hope they will improve but tonight I'm done. The chicken and cheese quesadilla set large £7.79 for the quality I get ha ha like you guys making a joke! so tonight is my last time bought from them I'm done. I'm so...
