Pizza Amicos — Restaurant in Nottingham

Absolutely awful experience...ordered pizza and fries it came with 1 topping missing rang and was called a liar that we hadnt ordered that topping...eventually said they would send a replacement pizza but I said we wanted our full order replacing as fries would be cold...more abuse from them...so I told them I wanted a full refund and that was refused...ended up taking the order back ourselves and asking for refund...still wouldn't give us it...replaced full ordered and when we gor home it was still wrong!!!! STAY AWAY MANAGER VERY RUDE....CUSTOMER IN THE WRONG NOT HIS STAFF THAT TOOK...

Ordered Hot & Spicy Pizza, Large 14" and large fries to share. Ordered arrived on time but sadly the pizza was well over cooked!! Should of complained but didn't for reasons obvious ( have took photos as proof) Pizza Amicos would of known it was a over cooked/ burnt/ black pizza before sending it out. They should of prepared another one and just informed us that it was going to be a later delivery!!Just won't but from them...

Ordered about a week ago it was lovely no problems big thumbs up for that. Ordered tonight 15/03/2023 same food order however something went wrong. Spoke to guy on phone very argumentative wasn’t really helpful eventually he agreed that the driver would come back, after waiting 20mins had to ring back to sort again. Driver great with everything.
