Really dislike posting anything negative but on this occasion I had to as I have had the same experience every week. The staff here change every time I go, and I go At least one a week. Every time I have been one member of staff maybe the manager always tells her staff/colleagues off for putting too much or doing it wrong… it’s so unprofessional and never mind embarrassing for the staff. She should take them in the back and quietly tell the. She’s always tells the staff they need to charge extra for the amount of salad they put in a salad box!!! I mean if your paying £7. For a salad your going to want everything! But this women insist Charging extra for the extra sauce or extra salad! And tells the staff off for not leaving a 3rd of the box empty!!! Sorry but if I am paying £7 for a SALAD i want it 100% full. I have stopped asking because she embarrass the customers by saying out loud your going to have to pay extra for that. But she continues to tell the staff off for doing it. Awful customer service. I am sure some of the staff have left because of her! For a second, I felt like in a third world country when a bloke was ordered by the manager no to let people in due to the promotion offered on valentine's day. If the restaurant had been packed, I would have understoodd by it had not been the case. On top of it, that guy who was telling people to go away literally telling customers to go away also kept saying "go get dominos, go away" haha. So disgraceful to the company, unprofessional, rude, disgusting... in the future... if you are not able to fulfill promotion's terms and conditions and deliever as promised, close your business on that day. Otherwise, it's called false advertising and you end up being agressive and untactful towards your own customer base. Will obviously never visit this place again and you shouldn't either due to its poor customer...
Read more4 people in queue, but the staff took a really long time. There was a member of staff in Back, but didn't materialise until later. My daughter used the toilets, and because the lacks were too high, she could not get out. The staff member that we told didn't take the fact that my daughter was scared, to hurry up and open. It thencame around to us ordering. There was a sever lack.of any produce, meaning g that the long time we had to decide, meant that we then had to change. The bread was stale. The staff member went on their phone whilst making my sandwich. Then needed to help at till, so my previously heated sandwich was sat cooling off. Really dissatisfied with the service, the lack of choice, the speed, or lack of. The hygiene, safety.... I noticed that the subway is next to student accommodation. So this isaybe why they are slack. But every Chain, no matter the location should provide the same high level service....
