Absolutely avoid, as a loyal customer who comes in every week for the same order i will never be ordering from here again!!!

Wish I could put ZERO STARS

I ordered at 6.15 as a delivery to my house in which the worker stated it will be 20-25 minutes, even though I live down the street

I then had to phone back up to chase my order at 6.45 in which they replied your wraps will be 5 mins even though I ordered 2 burgers

After this I went to the shop as I was in a rush to eat as I had somehere to be in which I was told the burgers will take another, 10 minutes even though they had already told me they were making them - a blatant lie

I then went to the shop to get my food even though it was supposed to be delivered, and I asked as a gesture of goodwill what will be done to make up for their mistake, in which I was told I’m sorry but you will still have to pay the full price

Thereafter I was mentioning how this service is out of order considering I am a loyal customer in which they replied we will not be serving you anymore and we don’t care if you come back to the shop or not

When I mentioned that I ordered an hour ago the worker Ali lied and said I had ordered 15 minutes ago in which I said to him you are lying as I showed him my call history as evidence

I then said I would like my food as I’ve been waiting over an hour for two burgers, in which they made me pay upfront.

The owner then came in and offered a can of drink in which I thought was absolutely distasteful in relation to the inconvenience caused

Avoid at all costs, I will never be ordering from here again and I will advise anyone else...

My experience here was not pleasant. So my girlfriend and i came in and was given a table to sit in the middle of the restaurant and we politely asked to sit elsewhere but Sarah a waiter at the restaurant said we couldn't, that our options were the two tables in the middle. We sat there but didn't feel very comfortable so we politely asked to sit somewhere else but not in the middle but her response was still the same, No. We were then told to order at the front, so i thought maybe i could try again "Please this is my first time here and i will like to sit somewhere other than the middle" but she politely denied me. So here we were sitting waiting for our order when a white couple walked in and they where offered the table in the middle same as us but they immediately asked for a different seat, which Sarah without hesitation gave them the seat they pointed at. Having seen this i was perplexed and this time around my gf had to ask and only then did Sarah agree to change our table. I felt her decision to change our table was because she knew that we saw how quickly she granted the white couple the table they wanted. As a black african i felt i was unfairly treated (having to ask politely 4 times before my voice could be heard, white person only had to ask once), i hope this doesn't happen to anyone and everyone should be...

My husband and I are both regular takeaway customers at Crave, and think that their burgers (spicy veggie burger and BBQ chicken burger) are amazing… but the best food ever, their rosemary salted fries. That being said, we recently got married and asked Crave about catering because we knew their food was halal. For our wedding they created a wide variety of dishes, including Indian starters, lamb curry and biryani, as well as a variety of sandwiches, wraps and desserts. Their food was loved by everyone at the wedding, whether they were white, Pakistani, vegetarian, toddlers, fussy eaters – it went down amazingly well with EVERYONE. Shazia, is absolutely lovely and so kind and makes us smile and feel welcome every time we go into the shop, and made this whole process soooo easy. All round has been an amazing experience and we will probably continue to get a burger and fries from here, once a week for as long as they’re open.
