Masalaz — Restaurant in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Absolutely disgusted with this place and the rude staff who are in total denial. Just came out of hospital with my poorly son and we thought we would order a take away. First time we ordered there was no problem but we had to wait an hour. Second time we waited an hour and 15 minutes and they gave us 2 popadoms instead of the six we had paid for. They then took a further 25 mins to bring them to us as the owners gave the driver the wrong address. Just ordered tonight and waited an hour and a half!! The curry was open so I told the driver he said it was an accident, so I went and checked the rest and it was all in the bag, was literally splilt everywhere. Was like it had been tampered with. The starters were so greasy it was on the kitchen floor! I told the guy on the phone, it's all over the place and we would like a refund which we would happily give them the food back. He decided to speak over my girlfriend very loudly and said there was nothing wrong with the food. What a discusting human being and restaurant. 0...

Placed an order via just eat on Friday evening at 7:45, with delivery for 9pm. That was extended by restaurant to 9:30 and the just eat app stated it was delivered at 9:30 but in fact no food had arrived by that time and the restaurant wasn’t answering not had they contacted us with any updated delivery time. Delivery was actually attempted at 10:45 pm at which time we refused to accept the food as we were on our way to bed. The restaurant has since refused to refund the money paid.
