McDonald's — Restaurant in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Lovely place, the staff are friendly ive personally not had any problems when i've had things removed from my order ( example the gherkin or the onion on a tripple cheeseburger)

Personally I dont think the queues are really that long and the folk do clear them quickly, and having worked at a mcdonalds (not this one but one in west bromwich with a drive thru) I know it can be really busy and stressful

only thing I think is a shame is that the asda that the mcdonalds is inside will deliver to my address in ansley common on deliveroo and just eat however the mcdonalds doesn't and I cant drive :(

Please extend your radius just a tad as the cutoff is apparently up the road for the mcdonalds and I am able to order from kfc further away and the asda that mcdonalds is inside of to my door but sometimes ya just fancy a burger

Tldr; Great food, friendly folk, queues usually dealt with fast, just wish you could deliver to ansley common as im just outside the delivery range so cant get it as often as id...

Great location to be able to grab a McDonald's in Nuneaton without having to park up and pay. Unfortunately the service was slow, I had to go up and ask when ours was due (table service) as it had been a while. I was told it was just waiting on the drinks, she stood for quite some time in front of a tray with food on which turned out to be ours. The food was cold when we received it. If they had brought us the food and the drinks it wouldn't have been as bad. The manager did come over to apologise and the cold food was replaced with delay. He did explain it was a new restaurant and the staff were still gaining experience. I was actually ok with this as we all need to learn but unfortunately it only warrants a 3 star still. I'm sure it will get better in time but for now you may experience a slightly longer delay than is usual. I will return as it's the most local to...

I have visited this McDonald's location about 10+ times since they have been open this past year. And each time it has been a good experience and they have never messed up my orders.

It is always very clean and kept up very well. I will continue to go to this McDonald's when I go to ASDA and I can recommend that it is one of my favorites in the west midlands.

It is of course fully accessible and compliant for people in wheelchairs. There is an accessible toilet in the ASDA lobby, and sliding doors in and out of the whole shop and cafe.

Also it is great because they have self-serve kiosks that you can order from and they will bring the food over...
