Tudors Cafe — Restaurant in Oldham

So I regularly go here for breakfast on my work route, always order the same thing, and never had any problems before, Good food, nice friendly staff, quick service, However on my last visit I ordered the same as I always do, and got food wrong 2 times... First time had beans allover everything even tho told them no beans.. (as I'm allergic) Second time beans again, and tomatoes even tho i asked to swap tomatoes for hashbrown..
