Decent food. The older woman who appears to be the manager often seems to talk and act in a very rude manner to the staff, who also seem to be overstretched. Somebody I know that used to work in Taylor’s confirmed my suspicions, saying how difficult she found working with the manager and how hard they were expected to work, while the manager stands there miserably as if it’s annoyed her that a customer has come in. Read moreWhile in Oxford half a dozen times over the last 18 months as part of my studies, I stayed in Summertown. Taylor’s was my go to for panini’s and coffee for study sessions rain or shine. Recently visited with my family for graduation for a breakfast roll, something us Irish hold sacred (along with custom rolls and salads as we have these in every corner shop) and the family were well fed, great chat with the staff and loved the coffee and friendliness.
