Anatolian Turkish Kitchen — Restaurant in Plymouth

We ordered via Uber Eats - estimated delivery time was 20 minutes and it arrived in this time frame. Restaurant called to let me know they didn’t have something I’d ordered (Turkish Delight) and for me to choose between 2 other desserts as a replacement - when order arrived, they’d actually given me one of each dessert for no extra cost!

A pizza was missing from our delivery so I called to query this - the mobile number connected to Uber Eats belongs to someone who wasn’t working. Despite this, he was willing to arrange to go and sort pizza and deliver to us. A few minutes later, original delivery driver came back with pizza that he’d accidentally left in his car - drama over!

Amazing customer service, above and beyond. Staff are friendly and polite, delivery is quick and most importantly food is absolutely delicious and always delivered hot. Our favourite take away to order from....

Was meant to be delivered 19:15 at the latest,19:19 said delivered,it wasn’t, tried contacting Uber,just a robot,rang charcoal grill, lady on phone assured me “it’s out for delivery now lovey” I said ok that’s fine I understand you can be busy”40 mins later, still not here!!! Ring charcoal grill again, asks address,same girl says”oh it’s here lovely, just going out now!!! I remind her she already told me this!!! Ring back 20mins later,(5min drive away) oh sorry lovely, he’s probably gone honicknowle first”I say so it’s gonna be cold then?”no I assure you lovely it won’t be cold!!! Hi everyone we ordered 2 chicken fillet wraps with salad and large chips. First of I will start by saying we will never be ordering from here again because we waited just over 2 hours for this junk. When the food arrived it wasn't properly labelled and when we started eating the food was extremely bland and very poor. The chicken was defrosted and they had only put one spot of mayo inside.
