Mason - what a legend!! I asked him for a Rolo Latte. He informed me that they did Rolo Hot Chocolate or Rolo Milkshake. I advised that ever since the Rolo range landed at Costa, I have been having it as a latte, rather than hot chocolate. He agreed to the adaptation, and informed me that it was supposed to have ended already and that a selection of teas were replacing it (disgusted). I enquired as to when the Hot Cross Bun Latte was returning - he informed me not! (disgusted further) Mason and I continued our conversation (coffee/beverage relevant), which other customers in the queue engaged with also.
