Flamingo Cafe — Restaurant in Preston

Brought the products from the shop after visiting them for the 1st time (3 adults and a child).. I came to ask for a menu, they advised no menu and to look them up on social sites such as Instagram etc. They advised that their products were made fresh daily. Asked what the delivery charges were and was told £1.00, gave my area of plungington which is less than 3miles, got told £2.00. So we decided to buy a few items and try at home. They did not have pancake or milkshake. We bought 2 Eclairs (chocolate and orage) both dry and it had no filling. The sundae rafello has no cocunut taste ..only had almond flakes.. it consists of cake pieces and cream ..the whole thing was very dry.. Pricey and food very dry. No sinister moves at all..just honest opinion from us who brought the products from the shops after asking all the questions. Please accept feedback instead of intimidating customers who are giving their thoughts. One of my family member came with their friends and had the milkcakes when it first opened and recommended this place. Might not visit now.

The owner of this place clearly cannot take honest feedback. He/she wants the public to give him 4/5 stars.. the owner will go so low to disgrace customers who give them honest feedback. There are over 100 reviews and most of them are high rated ones from experiences I have felt being good service, value of products, tasty food etc.. 3 out of the 4 items bought from the shop was not eaten and all 4 of us who visited did not like the food bought.  We are not asking for refund, discount etc, just letting people or yourselves know our opinion. There is nothing sinister at all. Just our take on the products we tried and the experience we have had.

Reviews are given so one can get better themselves on customers feedback not to disgrace someone who is providing honest opinion..make themselves be shown as being disturbed. If you cant take a honest opinion even you offer public 100% discount no one will come. And after all there is one God who will always side with the...

Flamingo cafe is a lovely little gem in Preston, compared to other dessert establishments its not overly sweet or just smothetred in chocolate to pass off as tasty. Always beautifully decorated with the detailed window art.

I believe every aspect of the items avaliable are well thought out in terms of texture and taste, and quality. I have so far... never been dissappinted.

Everytime I have visited with friends, family and colleagues, the staff have always been polite and professional , the gentlemen who does delivery is lovely.

The ice cream is divine. So rich and creamy, packed with flavour and their waffles are the best I've ever had!

They have a wonderful selection of good and drinks that keeps growing!

Excellent service, delicious food, and indulgent desserts. The lady who served us was polite, patient, and happy to answer all our questions without skipping a beat.

The place was clean, with a nice, welcoming decor - keeping in the name of the cafe with flamingo's scattered around. Parking was a bit of a challenge, and the number of tables are limited.

The food was packaged very nicely - you can tell time and care went into preparing the food too. We were told all the cakes are fresh and homemade - and the cake we tried lived up to that - it was delicious. A great spot overall.
