Antalya Shawarma — Restaurant in Preston

First time visiting this place as I heard it’s good and because it has got decent reviews online. Absolutely got put off by their service!!

Came to eat in and the tables were dirty and no one came to clean it. Ordered 2 chicken shawarma with chips and 10 mins later one of the staff asking me again what I ordered because they forgot.

We were sat watching them serving food to others that came after us.. another 15 mins later I can see the chicken is running out so I decided to ask how much longer is my food going to take and they replied me by saying sorry give me 2 mins and it will be ready. By then I can see them taking raw chicken chucks out of the shawarma and chopping them into pieces and grilling them. This is when I had enough and asked them you are not serving me that are you? And one of the staff replied that this is how they make their shawarma lol..

After wasting 25 mins I had walk out and go to Al Quds Cuisine which is down the road.

Absolutely disgusting! Never coming here again… the owner should look into this and give the employees better training otherwise more people will be turning away...

I've seen some bad reviews but I was impressed with the quality and taste of the Shawarma.

Parking was a bit tricky.

The shop has limited seating. It has the usual suspects on the menu. Pizza, fatayers, shawarma plates, chips etc..

Went for the mixed shawarma wrap.

Took it home to eat. Had to heat it up. The wrap was pretty good and a good price. The naan held its structure and did not disintegrate like some others I've had. It wasn't overly sauced so I didn't get that dripping mess some other wraps have.

It was a great combination of meat, sauces and salad that give this the thumbs up from me.

I hope these guys maintain their good pricing!

They also accept card ( which surprised me tbh )

2nd Visit: Had their chicken fatayer - amazing! Packed with chicken Shawarma...nice pastry / dough. Good flavours and with the sauces was excellent. Filling for one person's lunch..def...

I’ve bought from here hundreds of times ,so i thought i’d give a review ,the food here is amazing ,really juicy chicken and the lamb hits the spot . the falafel is delicious and the wraps are to die for ! The workers are so nice and i’m someone who likes to try different things , they messed up my order once and let me keep the one they messed up and made me another set of what i wanted ,honestly the chicken shawarma and chips is the best i’ve had ,the only thing i would recommend is for the chips to be cooked a little bit longer so they’re a tad more crunchier but that’s my preference.The only bad thing is once i got lamb shawarma and it was very dry ( the only time it’s ever happened to me) but todqy i got chicken shawarma and finished the whole thing (i usually never finish my food) Amazing owners ,amazing food and AMAZINF PRICES ! big up antalya...
