So to start I have to say the customer service at this place is beyond a joke. The employees are rude, unhelpful, arrogant and lack any sort of pride in their work or customer satisfaction. These people carry your brand, are subway not ashamed to have staff like this representing them? It's even more disappointing as a majority of your customers like myself are relatives of people at the hospital and could probably do with some compassionate service at the time. I visited today 24.05.25 at around 1.30pm. I entered the restaurant and asked what deals and offers they had today. A blonde haired girl replied "none" I said you don't have any deals at all she looked at me as though I had farted and said "NO!" so I looked at the board and there in full view was a subway saver deal. I asked "isn't that a deal" and she replied "oh" scowled and turned away. I said "forget it" and left. So clearly the customer service as u can imagine was lacking to say the least but upon curiously looking over your reviews it seems this girl is mentioned in a few and has been upsetting people for a while. Although not in a position to tell you but maybe as a suggestion this girl needs some fast customer service retraining as a matter of urgency. During my visit, I was served by two female employees—one Asian and the other blonde—who were more focused on chatting with each other than assisting customers. I had to repeat my bread choice three times because they were not paying attention. This was frustrating, especially since I was with my children and simply wanted a smooth and respectful experience.
When I asked for my receipt, one of the employees responded with clear disrespect. She scrunched up the receipt and threw it toward me, which I found extremely rude and unprofessional.
This behavior is unacceptable in any customer-facing role. I believe this employee either needs further training in customer service or should be reconsidered for this position. I hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure other customers don’t have a similar experience.
