Vegas Chicken & Burgers — Restaurant in Preston

Great addition to Preston local takeaways. We bought the Boulevard Box and Smash burger meal. Both were succulent and juicy and so flavourful compared to other fried chicken places. Spicy wings were tremendous and if you like a spicy kick then you’re in for a treat. The chicken sandwich was a normal spice that we opted for but still so juicy and tasty with a slight kick which is what you want and every bite had crispy batter including the spicy wings. Chips, nice and crispy and soft inside and we opted for the spicy dinner instead of Mac’n’cheese which was really flavoursome and not greasy at all. Smash burger was amazing with those extra crispy edges and good caramelisation all over the burger. Tenders were great too and it looks like the chicken has been marinated before the batter to add some extra flavour which no one else seems to do.

Would I recommend this place, definitely as I’m sure this will become your new fried chicken spot to go to. Prices are good specially for the quality you get and they don’t skimp on portion size. Highly...

Spicy burger: -Bun was a little hard/dry -Fillet size was perfect and the chicken tasted texture was perfectly on point with Miamis in Manchester. -Spiciness, it wasn't as spicy as I thought it would be especially after trying other spicy chicken sandwhich/burger places. They need to make it much more spicier (atleast double spice levels, make it literally dripping spicy.. its what we want) if they want repeat customers. -chips were medium quality for a takeaway nothing special.

Now there was 2 customers with me waiting for their food with both customers having 2 burgers as their order, I had to wait 25 mins. Which seems a little long especially when you can't phone to order.

As the place is somewhat new, I will give it a 4/5 as its close to being prob even being the king if it resolves...

Ordered over the phone said 15 mins for a smashed burger meal arrived 10 mins waited another 10-15 mins for it was empty few staff behind the counter one in which was eating from the trays tubs ect wanted the burger just cheese for me kid told him twice on phone no sauce no salad what so ever got home was full salad shame really I would just scrap it off but my daughter as autism to get order wrong and the wait time bit off...
