Terrible service, ordered at 18:29pm, was advised on their website 45 minutes for delivery which was fine! Called twice for an update, 1st time after 1hour and then again at 1hr and 30 minutes, absolutely no explanation and no apologies! Food turned up 1hr 50 mins after ordering, which is just poor! The food was of course cold and had to be microwaved! Poor poor service! Don’t mind waiting for food, especially on a Saturday, just prefer to be told the “real” delivery estimation so you can make an informed decision and there’s really no need to be lied to and treated poorly by staff on the phone. I also ordered the mixed tikka rogan josh that only came with chicken tikka and 1 lamb chop (no lamb tikka or prawn tikka) tasted nice despite having to heat up in the microwave but if you don’t have the ingredients to fulfill a dish, take it off the menu. I decided to get a last minute takeaway at the end of my shift, wanted to treat myself and I thought I remembered it seemed okay last time. The starter was okay but I was really looking forward to having my curry and rice, SO DISAPPOINTED! I ordered a lamb tikka jalfrezi, it was dreadful! Tasted nothing like a Jalfrezi, and the carton was half full of onions, and tons of chillis to disguise the appalling flavour of the curry! Which tasted buttery not tomatoey and fragrant like Jalfrezi tastes, I was so annoyed and called the place to express my dissatisfaction and was told it was their best selling curry, maybe before tonight!! I checked the 'real' reviews on this site, were comments have been left and it's clear this place seriously need to up their game and stop posting fake 5 star ratings because the taste and quality of the food is rubbish! Wouldn't recommend using this place...

Food is always bang on, my go to place for a curry and will continue to use, it's just the time it takes for delivery. Last order was just over 2 hours, I get you maybe busy but come on this needs sorting as it seems an issue across the board with everyone, your letting your reputation down there as your food is amazing.

had another order while I was full of a cold, asked for madras nice and hot to help me sweat it out.... received a lovely extra hot madras with a message from the owners to say get well soon which was a great personal touch, and the Mrs got a kebab box and I was very jealous it was bloody amazing, fantastic value, I tried to swap but she wasn't having it haha, I'm defo getting one of them kebab boxes, thanks...
