Okay, this is directly regarding the service and not food. I am still very much shocked about my experience yesterday along with my partner. We went there and we were told that they were still open so therefore me and my partner we chose a table and about to pick the menu that the blond waitress around 40years (sorry if am wrong but I guess other waitresses are all younger) she stood with one hand on her hip and asked us a question “what do you want?” yes!! You read right WHAT DO YOU WANT? 1.) We still haven’t picked our menu. 2.) What do you want?? We had to choose something super quick and when my partner asked me if I wanted a smoothie she said out loud to her colleague to make me an ice cream smoothie or whatever and I said no I want just a smoothie so she said out loud to her colligue that I only want a smoothie and there was a huge confusion so I asked her to bring me just a pepsi, and she laughed and said out loud “Noo she changed it again now she wants a pepsi” and I asked if they had a diet pepsi and she said out loud “actually a diet pepsi because she was confused “ and started laughing out loud!!
She bought us cutlery and just smashed them on the table.
The thing is this wasn’t our first time😞
Last time the same waitress responded very rudely to my partner who FYI is type 1 diabetic and is celiac!! He asked her a normal question if there smoothie contains gluten because sometime they add biscuits so he wanted to be sure and do you want to know her answer?? (Please don’t laugh after this!) She replied: SO DO YOU WANT ME GO BACK THERE AND CHECK?😑
Me and my partner looked at each other and couldn’t controll our anger that turned into a joke because we were shocked!
This time we had to speakup so we complained to the manager and we saw other people sitting on a table and they called the manager after we spoke with him and you know what they said?? “They were embarrassed for us”
Please Poppins, your food is really good but you need to give your waitress some training or she needs to awake her “Self awareness “. The young waitress have more sense then herself. I am so sorry but this has been the worst of the worst service...
Read moreGreat food, food came out hot (which is what I like) I would also recommend you to a friend.
But the service was not great.
Lady in her 40s blond dyed hair, was really rude, a friend asked “how many hash browns came on the mega breakfast”?
She said in a rude manner “it’s on the menu (which it didn’t state how many you had)
She didn’t know what sizes drinks came in.
I had my nephew with me and not once was I asked would I like a high chair for him.
When our food came she shouted at us to take out plate off her because in her words “her hand was about to fall off”.
On a table near us the same lady was serving a family and the bloke asked for a milk less coffee late and she said a late is a milky coffee it had milk in it,
The poor bloke was getting frustrated with the complete ignorance of the lady.
On a positive note. young polish lady early to mid 20s GREAT! customer service. She had a smile on and she was happy to help. If we was served by her we would of...
