McDonald's — Restaurant in Redditch

To be honest I tried to email this to head office but the website won't let me select the store. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE AGAIN. If you value your health you shouldn't either! The young looking blonde lad cleaning(!) swept the floor then used the broom to wipe the long table in the middle of the restaurant, nobody sat there for over ten mins so he had ample time to spray and clean the table properly however he didn't come back and wipe it for 40 mins! He was huffing and puffing and did throw a very grey looking cloth on the table by the window then flicked the food that had been left on the floor however I couldn't see what he cleaned the cloth with. Unfortunately the public are messy, we try not to be and clean up after ourselves but some people don't, it's the nature of the public young man - get used to it! I felt sick thinking of who was going to eat from both those tables and stopped my little one eating his nugget that fell on our table. I couldn't see a manager anywhere so we left. This was on 13th August 2016 at 2.15pm. My receipt number was 056. McDonald's check your cctv if you don't believe this post before you get closed down!! NO STARS BUT CANT SUBMIT...

We have on one occasion had someone elses happy meal delivered by Uber. Uber wont redeliver saying thats the bag they were given by the restaurant. The restaurant wont take responsibility and send the order out. You are refunded 4-5 days after. You re-order and pay 2 delivery fees. Last week we ordered 1 burger and 3 McFlurries. We just got the burger in an enormous bag. Paying over £13 to deliver a £1.49 burger. Still cost £6.33 to deliver Burger. Driver says thats all they gave me. Refund. Ordering system whether you have delivery or go to eat in. Orders stack up on the side. So usually fries are cold and your ice cream has melted. Before you get it picked up or just taken to your table instore. No one takes responsibility. We dont know who is to blame the restaurant or delivery driver. On many occasions its the restaurants lack of care. System doesn’t work. Not using delivery again every 2nd or 3rd delivery is...

Turnt up at 7 at night, drive thru was rammed so we thought it would be quicker to go inside, BIG mistake, ordered food at 7.04 and was still waiting at 7.40 and then our number disappeared from the screen. Went to the counter, to be told that we had already had our food and the lady disappeared for another 5 minutes to then explain that our food had dissappeared!!!! They recooked our order (another 10 mins) and then said that they had found our food (waiting in the drive thru), multiple people coming back to complain aswell, I get that they are busy, but come on and one of the staff was so rude to another customer who had her kids with her after she had waited almost an hour as well.
