The Queens Head Indian bar & grill — Restaurant in Redditch

This is the 1st time I have been to The Queens Head Bar and Grill and I will definitely be returning. The refurbishment the place has gone through is very good. The entrance feels grand and the bar looks very clean and inviting. We went on a Friday evening and there wasn't a spare table so I suggest you book at peak times. After being seated you do all of your drink ordering and food order at the bar at your convenience, I really liked this method as I never felt I had to wait for a busy waitress/waiter to come to me. You can pay when you order or set up a tab for the night which was great for splitting a bill. It was busy when we ordered at 8pm and we were told it would be a 45 minute (which I think is more than acceptable) but the food actually came after 10 minutes! All of the staff were friendly and I felt a real 'family' vibe

The food was superb. I highly recommend the Grills. Having your food come out on a sizzling skillet adds to the theatrics but also means your food is hot! It was all very tasty. All 4 of meals were tasty and portions sizes were good.

I will go again and will be recommending to friends...

went recently to this place with my family. Had heard about it from a friend of mine who raved about the place. I usually go to West Bromwich for grill and few beers so a hard act to follow As you drive into the car park which holds about 15-20 cars you greeted with a fresh looking building walk up some steps follow the government guidelines on covid, sanitizer placed at convenient places within the building nice large rooms and a beer garden, tables are well spaced out nice large bar also a nice looking top shelf some nice premium whiskey, beer prices are reasonable and plenty of choice to boot . went for the food not the beer well best i've had for a long time well presented and enough of it you will not be coming out hungry from this place and feeling short changed. Have to say this place with the right attitude from management and staff will be a big hit this could easily become my local and I live 20 minutes away will post another review in a few months just to see if it keeps up the standard set fingers...

Been here multiple times in the past and never had a single issue. Visited with a party of 6 around 6:50ish yesterday. However last night we just felt like we was completely ignored. Yes it was quite hot and a little bit busy but for us to have to ask for service 3 times and to get the same answer each time saying "okay, I will send someone over" from 3 different staff members was quite frustrating. Even more so when you see other tables walk in and get served within 2 minutes. Whereas we waited 25 mins just trying to get drinks. In the end we just decided to walk out without even ordering anything as we was not getting anywhere and service was very poor, made us feel like we was invisible. Shame as the food here is normally class and never had a bad meal here. I will look to visit again in the future and hopefully the service is better than last night as have normally always enjoyed...
