The entire experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The cutlery was dirty, which should have been the first red flag. Things only got worse when I noticed the cook outside in the food storage area, smoking and coughing his lungs out, completely disregarding basic hygiene standards. And yes, he was also phlegming on the floor, adding to the already unsanitary environment.
If that wasn’t bad enough, another cook was climbing into the rubbish bin to push down the trash while still wearing his full uniform, the same one presumably worn while preparing food. Lots of set menu breakfast choices, all come with tea/coffee and toast/bread and butter, you can swap this for a fried slice if you so desire; you can also swap 2 items on each set menu brekkie, as well as add additional items if you wish to. Picture is of the early bird with the egg swapped for mushrooms.
The service is quick and everything is cooked to perfection and hot! Hash browns crispy, excellent quality sausages, mushrooms not soft and soggy and eggs done perfectly, best of all no greasy plate!
4 stars as prices could be a little bit cheaper, we aren't in London.

They asked the chef who didn't know either and after explaining said that they don't know for sure what's in their veggie burger. When I asked the salad to be served without dairy products, the staff asked me what dairy means. It was a bit ironical that a notice board in their premises was saying customers should let the staff know of any dietary requirements or allergies.
