How this store has such positive feedback is beyond me, I placed an order yesterday evening and it turned up very quick! Quite possibly one of the fastest deliveries I've had but there was 2 items from our order that were missing so we attempted to call back and request the missing items, we were then told "it's on its way" another 30 minutes went by and the food still hadn't arrived so we called again and tried to resolve the issue which eventually we did. The food itself is amazing in taste but I do not appreciate the fact that a member of your staff took it upon himself to make a call to us outside of your operating hours to questions us about it, and to then further try and pin the blame on us for your error that YOU made. Maybe if you listened to your customers rather than trying to point the finger, you would incur a lot less complaints. Totally been catfished by this order. What was described on the menu as a traditional kebab came cold, dripping with oil and a hair in the mayo. Also the delivery driver basically gave me the bag and drove straight off, now I am missing my drinks. Phone to tell them the drinks were missing and all I got was him keep saying they were on the order. Eventually said he would send them out to me... Still waiting on them. Spent £14 on what I thought was a traditional kebab and large chips and 2 drinks. What I got can only be described as a dirty kebab that you would buy after leaving the club on a Sat night after a heavy session with the boys. Been taken advantage of so hard and not even in a good way. Avoid this place like you do the big issue guy in town..... An hour later still waiting on drinks... The kebab was earlier than the time we wanted which wasn’t the end of the world as we got home earlier than expected, but could have been an issue if this wasn’t the case. The issue though was that the food was cold and considering the food was early this is a concern, also the lack of meat does worry me as we wanted a kebab and not just salad and pitta. Disappointing because we have ordered here before and it has been good, but apparently regular customers aren’t appreciated and it’s all about new customers. Would think twice about ordering...
