Woodhatch Café — Restaurant in Reigate and Banstead

I've been before and took my friend for breakfast today. While eating she found a hair in her food. The server didn't take that seriously at all. He shrugged and didn't even apologise. He did ask if she wanted her food redone however all we were looking for was an apology. We both work in hospitality and understand things happen however that fact he didn't show any care and didn't even apologise wasn't okay. I don't plan on going again however it is disappointing as the other staff members were lovely, except the pervious server who didn't take that...

I have to say that this cafe is the best one around locally, the range of food they offer is standard but they do it all to perfection every time and they are fast with it too. I would recommend anyone to come here and try it out, my personal favourite order is the cheese and bacon omelette with a drink.
