Called in today, ordered a shake, chocolate fondue and a cake. Did shake and cake straightaway. Waited 15mimutes gor fondue ( which was melted in microwave) am i right in thinking thats not right. Anyway, by time it was done shake was starting to melt. Got home opened cake, to which was mouldy. I phoned them up, but just offered to exchange for another slice. To which my reply was a definate no, as there obviously not fresh. I called back in to give cake back, no apoligy just £2 back. Pick and mix boxes are full of flies and midgets. When taking cakes etc out of fridges, there leaving them out for ages. One cake was out of fridge the full time i was there, for 25 minutes. Too busy on there phones than deal with customers. Didnt see her wash her hands once although served 4 customers, in between texting. Definatley gone downhill. They would rather sit and talk to friends and family at back of shop, and let kids serve than give good service. About time to shut down i think, if not got time to deal with...

1st pic- As you can see, there is no white kinder Bueno, only the original. There is absolutely no ferrero roches and they put white choc sauce on it. The cookie dough also tasted burnt.
2nd pic- White kinder bueno, literally only received a waffle with white chocolate sauce and white choc sprinkles with a small piece of bueno through the middle of the waffle.
3rd pic- No ferrero roches either. Burnt cookie dough.
The only order which they got right was the cookies and cream waffle. All of the items except that had problems with them. We had to pay extra for each topping which is absolutely fair enough, if you're getting them.
We were never contacted to let us know that they had ran out of items or to offer an alternative or refund for items we paid for but couldn't have.
I wouldn't recommend, and we won't be ordering again. Definitely not worth the amount...

Didn’t start well when I was charged incorrectly against what was advertised and was told the prices had changed! I explained it was illegal and they should honour what is advertised, only to be completely ignored! No sorry or explanation, nothing! The workers looked unhappy and the atmosphere certainly was not welcoming. Service is everything in an industry like this. To be dismissed as opposed to having the manager give an explanation is just not acceptable. It will define whether I go back or not and whether I trust this business. Your customers are what keep you in business and this is not how you go about dealing with situations where trading standards are set in place to guide you.
