Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Rochdale

What an absolute joke! I ordered through the order and pay service thinking it would be easier ..how wrong was I I sat down and ordered my breakfast once I ordered the fire alarm started ringing nobody knew whether this was a test or an actual fire there was a lot of shouting and commotion they let us out the fire exit to then tell everyone to come back in through the main doors?? My food arrived by what can only be described as a lathargic slow paced woman mumbling are you table 9 ...I said yes she asked again table 9 I said yes she threw my plate down and walked off My food never arrived with the cold drink I ordered so I got up and went to the Karen stood on the till I explained my drink had not come in which she replied "yeah get your own that's why" I went to get the drink I ordered but they didn't have it so I opted for the kids version of what I ordered 2 members are staff are stood about doing nothing .,.shocking service food...

What a shame. We've enjoyed visiting this cafe for years but twice now we have had breakfast here and it's been awful. Cold food that looked like it had been flung on the plate. Tough toast that my elderly mum struggled to chew. I know this may seem hard to believe but the lady at the til said they were out of coffee and hot chocolate. Bring back Val one of the previous managers the place was GREAT and on occasion would see him mucking in clearing tables, he was a friendly guy. We complained directly to the present manager only to be spoken to patronisingly without any offer of solution. His lack of interest is reflected throughout the whole store. If we want a drink while out shopping now we tend to go up to Tilly's. It's clean, good hot food and you have a good choice of drinks and friendly chatty staff. You pay a bit extra but it's worth it for reliable...

Had a meeting today with Rochdale CID at Morrisons cafe other people was listening to my business a certain member of staff that works in the cafe called Alan was prodding into my business and being nosey so the police have asked me when I had left Morrisons would I like to make a formal complaint against his person and he said it was absolutely disgusting that people was been nosey so now they are going to pass this information to Katey story and Manchester Evening News this is absolutely disgusting I've never known a cafe like that it go around that do things like that putting slam that about me was gone too far now and I'm sick of it I've had enough of it it's time to get something done about it and these people that want to spread slander about me someone will be contacting the manager and...
