Sahara Rochdale — Restaurant in Rochdale

I used to visit Sahara Grill back before the refurbishment - the food has got even better.

Recently visited with my Mrs (12/06/21) Alhamdulillah space was good and a lot variety of food to order from and got served and waited on excellently amazing manners and respect.

The food was amazing fresh and my Mrs loved it (she is very picky eater) she really loved the Chicken Kebab on naan and the Biryani and extra fries.

I had the Melt Fillet Steak amazing and the Sahara Salad.

I used to have the mix fajitas with half rice and half chips but went to the steak this time (wasn't disappointed).

They also have 2 areas where you can eat inside some where quiet for families and somewhere there is a lot noise between customers which is great in my eyes for privacy.

The only thing I can say 2 down sides (please do not take offence just giving my honest review) but in my eyes its nothing major they are a tad expensive (but the food it worth it) and the portions are slightly smaller compared to previously when I used to visit (not a big issue in my eyes other friends have stated the same) or it could be the way the present the food but I am sure if you request extra chips/food they will be willing to honour your request.

Changing from 4 Stars to 5 Stars since eating a lot more out in the Greater Manchester, Bradford and Leeds region this place is one off the best restaurant I have been too, would 100% recommend to family and friends.

Parking can be a pain but nothing major.

Food is always fresh on point, never had an issue with it being cold or anything.

My Mrs loves the Biryani here (she is very picky).

Only once I was given the wrong food but it was rectified within 10 minutes (not a big issue), the staff are super friendly and so...

Lovely food this time round I remember going back after the lockdown and the stake and the chicken platter taste were absolutely different to what it was before the lockdown... But thank god we took the chance again... it was definitely worth it The service was brilliant they cater for children and adults spicy and non spices The burgers were brilliant size taste spot on and the fries were nice and hot hot hot The chicken platter was very tasty we were really pleased with out all time favourite to go place. The staff were welcoming, the food was spot on the ice cream was definitely luxury icecream the children really enjoyed their visit here so did we adults and you could smell and see the cleanliness of the store We definitely will be back again They have won their old customers back I'm just really happy we went back and gave them...

Used the private function room on 1st floor at venue with buffet style food set up for 40+ people. All set up and arranged with only 1 weeks notice to the Sahara team who pulled it off beyond expectation. True to their word, the food though buffet style was not hampered in flavour or quality, as promised once we were in there we were left to enjoy the evening with two members of staff regularly checking to see if anything was needed or requested. We brought in our own portable music player and the tables were moved by staff once we had eaten to allow a dance off.

Very nice venue, with lush food and a great bunch at Team Sahara. Highly recommended and will come again and again and again ........
