Spice Hut Charcoal — Restaurant in Rochdale

My first experience here was really good, decent portion freshly cooked, tasted really nice as well.

My second experience however wasn’t as good

Microwaved Donna meat (Donna spit wasn’t turning/turned on) meat came from a canister below which was cooked at some point in the past few hours, pitta bread was soggy and like slop possibly also microwaved

Chicken pakora - pre-made from the freezer and deep fried - tasteless and bland

I’ve changed my opinion of this establishment now

Prices are significantly higher than Foodhub as well - just a warning

The interior also looks rather tired and needs a bit of a facelift as the look isn’t good especially when people walk in and...

I went in the shop to order 2 pizzas and a starter... It took three of the staff to understand what I was saying over the music they were playing. The pizza was still wrong when I got it home so took it back and asked for a refund as the rest of my food was going cold. I was told I cannot have my money back and they would give me the wrong pizza as an apology... The wrong pizza which no one will eat. I then asked for a refund again to be threatened by 2 of the staff saying they know people and where I live and not to get him angry or else. I will be taking this further as this is a disgusting place and it is no wonder the management...

Absolutely disgraceful arrived 2 .5 hours late. When I rang I was palmed off with he’s on his way, but didn’t ask who I was. Waited another 20 mins and rang again, where I was told the driver was the manager and he will refund me. When he arrived I told him I didn’t want the food and to refund me, he argued on the step before giving it to me. When I mentioned social media reviews and complaints he panicked and started offering me free food. I turned it all down and told him to get off my property. A bunch of lazy lieing unprofessionals who are out of there depth. We will not be returning also reported them...
