I have been shopping at lords for many years, if you have never been there before you really must, I can highly recommend there roast ham, I have never tasted ham as nice & I am sure you will agree if you try, I would also recommend there home made beef pie cooked to perfection, the beef is so tender & the gravy very tasty this is topped with a little pastry, I can honestly say this is the best pie I have ever tasted & I do feel the need to let other residents of middleton know, they have also started to sell the most delicious barm cakes 6 per pack brown & white, these combined with there roast ham or roast beef make a delicious sandwich, I do not think you would ever find a nicer butchers sandwich anywhere, if you do decide to try this traditional butcher I am sure you will be highly delighted, thank-you very much from a very satisfied customer. This year 2014 we decided to have rib of beef for New Years Eve Dinner for ourselves and our guests. The joint of six ribs that Lords of Middleton supplied was perfectly hung to our specifications, expertly trimmed and agreed by all our guests and ourselves to be the best piece of beef we have ever eaten, and we have eaten a lot of beef over the years.
