Adams Asian Takeaway — Restaurant in Rotherham

Personally, I would not leave any stars for Faisal Asian Takeaway, I ordered and paid for a meal on the Foodhub app and when our food didn't arrive, I found out that our order had been canceled and when I contacted Faisal to ask why our order had been canceled the manager told me it was because I asked for some garlic on my nan bread. I didn't think that this was an unreasonable request because I like garlic on my nan bread. Rude and disrespectful staff especially towards Women. The Faisal staff need some customer service training in my opinion as they should not treat any paying customers in this way so it's a ZERO...

Ordered a chicken korma and a keema rice.. I have to say it is the worst Indian food ever, the keema rice was just watery basmatti rice (which filled our plate with water) and a few bits of mince thrown in, Absolutely disgusting, I phoned to complain to be told will give you a £1 discount next time..... Errrr do they think I'll ever order again.... What a complete waste of money.. They are sum nice Indian takeaway I'm sure around Wath upon Dearne.... Unfortunately this is definitely not... If you want something disgusting.. Please order.. Those with food standards will definitely...

Just received our order it took 2 hrs an a half then when it finally arrived we didn’t know what was what half our order hadn’t been packed and it was cold. They ate the chicken an now feeling sick there rice didn’t taste nice, we had asked for a small amount of mayo of the kebab wrap an they just didn’t listen as it’s just mayo an little kebab.we ordered a garlic nan bread an I came as a normal nan bread without garlic. Swimming in grease it’s all over tray ( this is our first time ordering from here ) will never be ordering from here again would give 0...
