Firstop Pizza — Restaurant in Rotherham

We had been regulars for around three years but just lately everything about the service has become really low quality. I recieved an email about 15% off so I followed the link through email only to find upon checkout the code didnt work. By this point my family fancied the takeaway so no turning back now. I placed the order for the app to tell me 50 minutes. It took over an hour and a half to arrive. The driver then proceeded to give us the wrong order. When i told him theres no calzone he just shouted sorry mate Ill let them know. I opened the boxes to find the completely wrong order. We rang firstop to let them know and in fairness they were very good about sending a replacement. However the driver turned up two minutes later with our food saying he had made a mistake.......again fair enough. At this point it was 21:20 pm and we didnt want to wait any longer so we just accepted the food. The quality of my calzone was absolutely appaling for 13 pounds. It was flat and lifeless with next to no filling. The cheese was suspiciously soggy and the whole thing rather bland. The chips were cold and tasted like old oil dying to be changed. Im writing this at 6am sat on the toilet with the runs. Overall a very poor experience from somewhere that used to he brilliant. Whats gone wrong guys? We wont be returning. As the place is literally called firstop pizza, I suggest you revisit the quality of your ingredients as even the dog turned his nose up. It really does appear as though low quality crap is just slung together put in a box and sent. Are there any good takeaways...

Believe me if I could give less stars I would I don’t know how this place is still open we have had a few orders from here and not once being wow’d by the food after our last order we have decided to stay well clear of this takeaway as they like handing out food poisoning….. this is another bad review on the southern fried chicken as it wasn’t edible I noticed the chicken wasn’t done just in time however my partner has food poisoning from them I would recommend choosing any of the other takeaways from the high street over this shop any day the only compensation offered over this was they would send out another box of chicken? Probably another uncooked one so I refused and that was the end of it they do not care what the food is like as long as they can overcharge you for shocking food….. the only thing I could eat that I ordered was the dinner wrap so out of a £40 order I eat something that would cost under £5 to order alone….. I am by gaining anything from this bad review I just hope that I save someone they’re hard earned money as...

I have been going here for quite some years, but after the last three meals, we have decided now not to bother. It used to be great, but I understand that recently it has comeunder new management and the last three meals with have had other the last month have been terrible. I usually collect now as the delivery times were getting too long, so the food should be fresh upon collection. The mexican pizza I had a couple of weeks ago was flavourless (other than justa bit of heat), and yesterdays chicken meal was the worst I have had in years. There was (and not for the first time) not a single piece of chicken breast in the 6 that were ordered. They were mostly drumsticks, with hardly any chicken on them, and they were all very dried out (like they had been made hours ago and kept warm).
