Absolutely disgusting we eat here most time when we order take out but tonight you guys decided you didn’t want my money due to me not having any cash or bank card to get cash from Machine so I ordered directly from your website the same food we always order but this was not edible one bit the salad was slimy n brown the n bread was slimy the wrap too making the burger and wrap un eatable Dona meat covered in slimy salad so that couldn’t be eaten either only thing that could be eaten was the samosas and chips minus the garlic mayo that I once again asked on the order to please make sure they is garlic mayo on everything it’s getting a joke with sauces on meals when I ask yeah yeah it’s on get home nothing no sauce gee it’s not expensive sauces you know… tonight was the last straw not only did I have to pay more money to have it place order through app and be delivered it was not fit to eat I wouldn’t feed it to my dogs… and what a suprise it won’t let me download the picture to show how bad the food was… well custom lost now won’t ever eat from you guys again…...

Stood there 15 minutes waiting to order to hear a guy has been waiting 55 minutes for one piece chicken and chips

Asked to order and got told to wait because the guy behind the counter didn't no how to use the till

So waited another 10 minutes a bloke walked in order a kebab (i was still waiting ) got his order and went whilst I repeat me and this other lad was still stood there waiting

Not been to prime for a few years was a regular customer when the older staff was there I agree staff move of and change etc but this place is a joke

35 minutes waiting to order and still didn't get to place my order so left a unhappy customer

I have been ordering from this takeaway since many years. It has been a good experience but now... Ever since the owners changed:

The food is absolutely disgusting and very oily They use poor quality oil and on top of that they refry the wedges, chips I ordered the overprice £22 meal C and I was very disappointed, they gave me 4 old pieces of old chicken it seems that it was definitely re-heated The wedges were smelling and full of oil inside of them The chips were really stale and hard IF YOU ORDER DURING WEEKDAYS, YOU WILL RECEIVE OLD FOOD, and if you are on weekends you will get the WRONG order.

I have experienced this a lot of times now. Better off cooking at home than ordering this horrible food, at risk of getting food...
