Museum Of The Moon - sound bath (event)
Enjoying a relaxing sound bath under the moon!
Museum of the Moon is a touring artwork by UK artist Luke Jerram. Measuring seven metres in diameter, the moon features 120dpi detailed NASA imagery of the lunar surface. At an approximate scale of 1:500,000, each centimetre of the internally lit spherical sculpture represents 5km of the moon’s surface.
Sound baths are a meditative practice involving the use of resonant music. This creates an immersive sound that fills the space, and the body, aiming to help people relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns. People report feeling deeply relaxed after sound baths, which may have health benefits.

Did not attend a Mass / Eucharist service but...
