The staff are incredibly rude. We asked for two large lattes with our free extra shot of coffee. They gave us two large cups, charged us for large, with no extra shot and one had a lid placed on top such that it spilled inside my car. When asked to remake them both, the extremely rude staff member remade them, with only one with an extra shot in one not both. Then tried to lie about not hearing our order as large, despite charging us for large and pouring them in large cups. They silently handed us the drink and slammed the window close in pure anger.
Absolutely appalling service, won't be visiting again. Also it's gone up another 11% and now the loyalty points are way harder to get and the rewards are worse. This one is a bad store, take accountability for your actions, an apology or a smile might have...

This Starbucks made a mistake by not putting a espresso shot in it and also adding cream on top. So we told them at the drive through and they started to remake a new one. We had to tell them again for no cream Then a stroppy employee said VERY loudly and clearly âhe didnât say he wanted creamâ So my partner pulled her colleague up and said that she heard her say that. 2 mins later they then said can we just scrape it off! We replied no.
After they told us to wait in the car park for when a friendly sincere member of staff come out with the drinks and gave us complimentary vouchers which was nice. Still though after it all they was cream on top!!

   Read moreThree of the menu panels were advertising an out of stock limited edition, with only a partial menu available I therefore asked if what I wanted was available, I wasted yes it was, applied for a mortgage to make the purchase, and then it turned out she'd just put the closest equivalent though the till, not what I'd asked for, and in a cup type that just made a mess. The only other time I've been I ordered a mocha (ordered through the drive thru) and then found out I'd got a hot chocolate! Sorry but I've tried dealing with Starbucks about this branch and nothing seems to have improved, so they get a snotty Google review. Don't make me fire up my old Trip...
