Subway — Restaurant in Rotherham

DON'T GO HERE. The girl at the til today(22nd of Sept) at 7pm, shouldn't be working at subway. Absolutely RUDE. The older lady who is the manager I think was very helpful and was trying to explain to me the bill and coupons I got for being a TOP Subway fan and this girl stood at the til kept looking away and rolling her eyes and kept sighing! 😳 When I pointed it out to her, she just got on with her work, no apology nothing and the manger kept saying she was trying to help. Help by rolling her eyes and sighing? Just encouraging horrible and racist behaviour. However, the girl was extremely (Overly) friendly to the next group of people who got to the til 😅. I love subway and have been to his branch before but I'm never going back till that girl is out of there and advising all my friends never to go there. The girl wasn't wearing her batch no idea what her name is, has a very long pointed nose and wore a hat. She looks rude anyways so I'm sure you will identify her- whoever owns this...

I have used this subway since it opened, I have been happy with my subs most of the time, if I have needed to speak to someone they have been very helpful, until today. I spoke to Joe on the phone to find out where my sub was, after waiting over 30 mins after receiving a text saying it was on its way. I can only assume Joe had a bad day, he was rude & sarcastic, like he was trying to start an argument. I said I was going to make a complaint & asked his name, he continued to try to argue refusing to give his name. He then went silent before I heard a beep confirming he hung up on me. Shortly afterwards I received a call from a mobile number ( i rang a landline) I recognised Joe's voice, he gave his name & I ended the call I thought this was odd. The order was perfect! It was absolutely delicious and the only thing that was missing was a single packet of Cheese + Onion crisps, thats it, 45p/65p worth. I just called to let them know, despite the person I spoke to offering several times to do a second delivery I insisted it was only a bag of crisps we order from there a lot so just wanted to let them know. 20mins later unbeknownst to me they delivered me not only the missing crisps but 3 free cookies. Absolutely amazing customer service, and the delivery driver said "it was because I was so nice on the phone" so I tipped them the max 25%.expensive bag of crisps 😆.
