Tasty Bites — Restaurant in Rotherham

Just wanted to share this as I having been a regular customer every week and have been totally disappointed last few times we have collected our order. With our order usually being large we make sure to phone well in advance to give them enough time to prepare it usually around 3 hours in advance, on this occasion my colleague had to wait outside for at least 35minutes without even getting a apology or explaining that the orders were not what we specified it to be. Large sandwich orders were small and the amount of food on was small too, but were still charged full price!! It wasn't explained that they had ran out of breadcakes etc. we only found out when we opened the order. I have phoned the manager to explain that we were very disappointed and still no apology and was very rude and dismissive. The manager at the end of the call just told me that I had bad attitude and said never ring this shop again. So after spending near enough £50.00 on what was a regular order we will not return to...

The Food is great all homemade good quality and sizeable portions Fairly priced considerindering the prices some others charge for low quality food. It’s easily the Best sandwich shop around the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Should be 5 stars easily. However. The owner is extremely Rude and obnoxious and has no idea how to speak to her staff/customers Which ruins a very good...

I was absolutely horrified to see the lady behind the counter rubbing her nose, forehead and hair and then without washing her hands proceed to breaking cooking chocolate in a bowl. I saw that the establishment had been awarded 5/5 for hygiene....it just goes to show that those notices in the window are not...
