Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in Rotherham

Visited today a usual Saturday morning, the member of staffs manner who was serving us was disgusting, he tuttered when I asked for something extra as if it was too much trouble, we asked for a poached egg on the breakfast which was that hard when it finally came you could have bounced it off the wall, the hash browns were clearly cooked in the same fryer as the fish, what if someone has an allergy to fish the same member of staff brought the breakfast but no cutlery, we had to go and ask for some, he was very abrupt with a lady and a small baby as she had left her trolley while she got the baby settled. Over all a very disappointing visit. I think the staff need to have lessons in good practice...

The manager I believe her name is Rachel is rude, out of touch and horrible to customers and staff. I've been coming here for a couple of years on and off and every time i'm greeted with a hideous look up and down if she sees me.
