My favourite tearoom! Such a beautiful, quirky vintage place with a beautiful well kept garden. The tearoom has lots of vintage pieces dotted around with a log burner for those chilly days. It is beautifully decorated and has a lovely cosy feel. The owners are friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious - plenty to choose from and great presentation and service. Today we had paninis and sandwiches, followed by homemade cakes which are simply divine! First time in this lovely little tearoom having gone with my friend Carol for r lunch. I am sure it won't be our last. We were met by welcoming log burners which added to the warm welcome we got from the owners. The food was really nice and well presented. In the warmer weather you can eat in the garden area. Was not particularly busy, but we seemed invisible to the waitress( sat in garden) had to go down to ask her to take our order ( after 17 mins) she said she would come but took that of a couple who had only been there 2 mins! My husband said his tea was fine, I had a cafetiere, but was a bit week the scone was a rock bun!
