Keyworth Fish Bar — Restaurant in Rushcliffe

Really disappointed. On more than one occassion I feel that I have been intentionally upsold; being given and charged for more than what I asked for. When you ask for small you don't expect regular. For dietary reasons I cannot eat huge quanities of food, for financial reasons I can't affort to pay £8.50 for more food than I can eat. That's not value, that is waste and when less is requested and a smaller option is available, it is ripping the customer off. At best I feel I was deliberately misunderstood to get a few ponds more in the till. The food here is nice but I am very unhappy. I now know that if I had asked for a 'cone' I may have got what I wanted. However, I asked for 'small' fish and 'small' chips (heavy emphasis on small). This is not what I was served and not what I was charged for. I am sure the owner will have a clever answer....

Placed my order for fish and waited for it to be cooked. Another customer came in to the shop several minutes later to pick up there order. They had forgotten to put a fish on there order and we’re given one of mine . Had to then wait for another piece of fish to be cooked . No apology or explanation.
