It's Pizza Time — Restaurant in Rushmoor

Don't waste your time! Been while since ordered from here, never had a problem before, just fancied a pizza. Turned up slightly early, smelt great and looked great. First bite was chicken goujons, no problem there. However, onto the pizza and though looking great, tasted awful and the dough was very obviously raw. Despite this being a thin crust, the button was cooked albeit crispy, and the toppings were cooked, but the dough itself was disgusting. Phone restaurant who tried to tell me it was a thin base and this is what they look like and that each pizza is cooked on a certain heat dependant on crust. Eventually managed to get a second pizza on way. Driver turned up 35 mins later and handed back previous pizza showing him how raw it was. Checked the second pizza and despite being now 'well done' on top, the dough was still so clearly raw. The restaurant didn't want to know and tried to tell me this is what it is. Thankfully through ordering through Just Eat a refund wasn't an issue and the customer service was top notch. Next time I'll just cook some chicken goujons and garlic bread and be...

18 quid out of pocket. Ordered my pizza and it didn't turn up. After hour and a half I called in and enquired. The guy said its cancelled. I said I ve been charged and just eat gave me the delivery time as well. He said its cancelled on their side and hung up. Spoke with just eat and they confirmed order has gone through and u have been charged and the only way to request a refund is to have its pizza time call them and request it. Delivered the same message and the guy said I am not running away with your money and I am not calling just eat. Wait for 24 hours and it ll be there. Called after 2 days, and the guy said he ll call just eat and then hung up. Guess what, still nothing and just eat won't help....

Will not be going again. Was walking past when I felt hungry so poped in to get some food. chips were under cooked to start, then opened the pizza i purchased. Ordered a plain pepperoni and was given one with mushrooms and onions on. (Can't eat mushrooms). Phoned the store witch is about a 10/15 min walk away to quierie it and kept getting asked about delivery. Told the store that I collected, then tried selling me another pizza before saying I called the wrong store. The store that I went to was Farnborough store in North camp area. I would give the store a lower rating than one star if that was an option. Will not be going again, waste of money as pizza went in the bin. No refund or replacement...
