This is terrible service I ordered on the phone to collect at 18:30 they said it would be 50 minutes so I turned up early to collect paid and waited patiently still waiting at 19:30 still nothing still waiting patiently. People walking in and out ordering and taking there food But then things got to much and was still waiting at 20:00 we then turned around and said this is getting beyond the joke now and waiting that long obviously anyone would get upset and annoyed and we got shouted at by the lady behind the counter and ended up having to walk away with no food needing to feed my kids. Thankfully we got our money back. This is very poor service and would avoid. Terrible service I have used these guys for years bigging them up getting other people to use them and get treated like dirt I will definitely not be using...

Pretty good fish and chips from here. Reasonable size cod and huge portion of chips. Cod, small chips and mushy peas cost £9.80.

The fish was already cooked rather than being cooked to order but I was told it had just been fried (as they always say). The batter was fairly thick and tasted a little hard but the fish itself wasn’t bad. Pretty good fairly crisp, not greasy chips which were definitely freshly fried as there was a short wait for them to cook.

Plus points for paper bag rather than plastic although a cardboard tray would have been preferable to the polystyrene one.

Overall better than expected for a Chinese takeaway that also does fish and chips rather than a dedicated Fish and Chip shop. Not the best but not the worst of the...

They got the order wrong when delivered and didn’t put it right. You can tell the worth of a business when things go wrong and I’m fully aware they do but to not put it right is awful customer service. Not even credited for the mistake, you can keep the extra money as you obviously need it!
