Bit of a dive this place, but what do you expect from little Hulton? I came with a group of friends for a christening party. Very small function room, not enough space to get to the bar without asking people to move their chairs. Usual pub dwellers downstairs as we went in. Great DJ playing vinyl but he was from Manchester DJ Hire so no credit to the venue for that. If you're having a small party for up to 20 people it's OK. If you want friendly bar staff and a clean and decently priced drink, don't go here! Worst landlord I've ever spoken to, was served ice with literal dirt in and lemonade mixer flat out of a bottle at an extortianate price. Fantastic local pub with a warm friendly welcome, great bar staff who work their socks off and Gill the landlady runs a well oiled pub and always puts on great events and supports the local community.
