Deli 654 — Restaurant in Salford

Ordered from here via uber eats and i’ve never been more appalled in my life. My food came with beans and egg all over the bag and the sausage and bacon was over cooked freezing. The egg that actually remained in the box was a solid block and i ordered some hash brows on the side and they were swimming in grease. Honestly was shocked at the was i was treated on the phone very rude and dismissive and wouldn’t accept responsibility for the overcooked and soggy food. Do not order from here waste of money and whoever i spoke to on the phone needs to be ashamed, i was shocked at the lack of manners, you are running a business and the customer service was unreal. Mixed experiences - had multiple orders cancelled after 20-25 mins (for collection) No reasons why / phone call. - BE WARNED ABOUT ORDERING VIA JUST EAT

Reply - your business is showing on the just eat app (You also have a just eat sign on your cafe checked @ 10:05 09/12 ) YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS. - Stop blaming and take ownership of your business.

As you can see if something goes wrong, they are VERY quick to blame everyone else. (dropped to 1 star as a result) - Go to Big Baps Little Baps around the corner...

Made an order from here via uber eats, wasn't delivered, called the business to inform them but was told it isn't their responsibility and wouldn't be offering any further assistance, no replacement no part refund NO MANNERS.
