Food Fair — Restaurant in Salford

Absolute horrendous experience from this takeaway. Ordered 2 pizzas and 1 chips. Delivery driver gave our food to somebody else outside of our apartment building. When we called the restaurant to rectify it we were told to F OFF and that we would not get a reorder. Very rude guy on the phone. Customer service did not exist at all in our experience. We'll definitely avoid this place at all costs. Main reason we ordered was because it was the highest rated in the area on JustEat.... lowest rating from us for sure! It's a shame there's nothing lower than one...

Absolutely disgusting, chicken was black, burger was from aldi or morrisons and the kebab had obviously been left for a few hours and was hard 🤢 Customer service was absolutely terrible, didn't understand a word I was saying and I ordered something and asked 3 times yet they still failed to give me what I ordered. Recently we ordered a lot more food than usual for my family and they didn't put two of the orders in the bag. I rang and asked them and they told me they had packed it with the rest of the food( but they didn't) Eventually they did come back and delivered the missing food. However it wasn't nice made to feel a liar and the customer service we got made us not want to eat the food, when it did eventually turn up. Shame because we loved this place and order...
