Taste of East — Restaurant in Salford

I don't even know where to start with this review. We ordered a delivery, it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive. We were missing our onion and mango which we ordered. We opened the pilau rice tubs and they were half full. We sat down to eat the food and it was freezing, literally freezing so we all had to put our food in the microwave. We live 2 minutes drive away from the takeaway. The delivery driver returned with mango and onion, we ordered 2 of each, we only received 1 mango. Then to make it worse the mango pot wasn't even half full. Not only did they get the order incorrect first time round, even when they returned it was still wrong. They offer us half price for next time, we won't even be taking that up as they can't even send...

Food quality is OK. Portions are small. I got a chilli massala cos I like the mix of sweet an spicy an ya cant really go wrong so its my go to order. It was almost inedible. Was the color of massala but tasted of nothing but green chilli. After couple mouthfuls the burn set in and it couldnt be eaten. Partners rogan josh was bland, seems to be the same red wet that mine was in but without the same amount of chillis. I say wet because sauce has flavour so it was not sauce. One of the worst in customer service. I am deeply hurt by the attitude of the person when I entered the hotel. The manager asked us to sit on a table which was dark having no light. So we decided to sit on the adjacent table. The whole restaurant was vacant and had no reservations/bookings. He did not allow us to sit on the adjacent table stating ‘Brother, you are in a restaurant, if the manager is telling you something you should do that and that if you don’t want to sit there you can leave’ I am deeply hurt and would never recommend this restaurant to...
