KFC Birmingham - Great Bridge Retail Pk — Restaurant in Sandwell

Went into kentucky in great bridge today at 14:30 OMG never again!! I had the joys of the manager serving me, very rude is an understatement, i ordered 2 zinger tower meals with 2 white coffee's and a childs meal with 7up drink, she didn't ask what sides i wanted so i asked her and she rolled her eyes and said "so you want zinger tower box meal"? Before i had chance to answer she says "next time you order ask for zinger tower box meal ok" i stated that i came in just over a week ago and asked for the same and i got asked if i would like sides, she then said"no you didn't" then moans about cancelling the order and orders again but did 2 7ups instead of white coffees which she procceded to roll her eyes and huff and puff at me, she then virtually ordered my child meal with her choices. Totally disgusted that she is in managment with very very poor customer skills, i may have not ordered with accuracy for her but she was terrible, i waited to ask another lady for sauce as i didn't want to disturb the manager again!! I noticed her be abrupt to another member of staff aswell. She needs more training and demoting in my opinion, also noticed another gentleman come in ask for same meal as me and the lady on the other till asked if he wanted sides! My bill was exactly the same amount as my bill the week before so obviously the other members of staff used there...

Customer service is horrendous, never been spoken too so awfully in my whole life. Bought a 12 piece boneless family meal, they didn’t put the beans on the lid properly and the beans went all over the meal. We called and complained and they offered us a free meal and gave us a reference. My Dad went to go and claim the free meal 2 days later with the reference they gave us and then they claimed he had already claimed it when he didn’t and then when my Dad argued with them they began laughing at him which is disrespectful and unprofessional. We called them up again and demanded to speak to the manager, she apologised and offered us another reference. We went again to claim the free meal and then said our order over the drive thru. Unaware that you had to quote the reference we just said our order and drove round to collect it thinking we mention the order is free at the window, the staff member was really rude and said she had already put the order through to pay. I explained nobody told us that we had to do this and apologised for this but yet she was still really rude and shoved our food to us through the car window. Unbelievable how we were treated, not ever going...

Do not order your food to be delivered from here. We ordered £50 worth of food to be delivered by Uber Eats. Our food turned up after 30 minutes and we were first drop. When we opened the delivery bags at least 2 thirds of our order was missing so we took the food back to the restaurant. As the restaurant was closed we were told by the security guard to wait on the car park for a member of staff to come out to us. Eventually a guy came out who claimed to be the manager ( I thought he was just another delivery driver) and told us he could do nothing about it and it was the fault of the driver who had got the orders mixed up and we should get in touch with Uber Eats. The driver did not get mixed up as we were his only delivery, it was the fault of the restaurant but they couldn't be arsed to do anything about it. Uber Eats also declined the refund. This is the third and last time we have ordered from KFC Great Bridge and every order had been wrong. It seems to me that this KFC restaurant are quite good at taking your orders but not so good at processing them and do not want to know when there is a problem. DO NOT USE THIS KFC...
