I suspect this Great Bridge restaurant might get overlooked due its location, this would be a shame for both them and you. We really enjoyed our Friday night meal here and it was evident that they take extra care and pride in what they do. Be this the dips with the poppadoms, the salad with the sheekh kebab and the chicken tikka in my pathia, which was the best I have had in a very long time. Apart from the meagre portion of chips we couldn't find any fault with the food. Indeed it would have been a faultless night if the service had been a bit more attentive and not distracted by the football on the TV, and the atmosphere not been taken over by the loud and less than appealing background music. Ordered for delivery for the first time from here after reading good reviews however was left disappointed, ordered a garlic chilli chicken and tikka masala, couldn’t even taste any garlic or chilli and was just generally bland, the tikka masala was watery and not the thick gravy consistency it would normally be, I also had a prawn starter which only had 2 prawns in and again quite bland, we did have a mushroom Rice and that was the best dish out of them all, the order came without our chips, I called and they did send them back out but by then we had eaten all we wanted to, Wouldn’t order...

1st impression and I'm extremely disappointed with my meal from here last night. They delivered on time is the only good thing that I can say. My food turned up very cold and had to be reheated in the microwave. Stone cold coriander naan littered with burnt bits of coriander, vegetable samosa starters. I got 2 of the smallest samosas you've ever seen at a cost of £3. I wouldn't have paid a 50p for them. The curry tasted ok once warmed back up but nothing special. Egg fried rice was rubbery.
