Nice little Italian restaurant with friendly staff. Having been a few times I've definitely enjoyed my experience with good food and service but it's pretty pricey. Stay away from desserts as it was £4 for only two profiteroles.
A couple of problems also happened with the food but they weren't as serious, we received the wrong pasta but it was mostly similar to the one ordered (so not a disaster) and the pizza was very watery (making the dough a tad soggy but still nice).
Finally a couple of problems also occurred with the bill. They charged us for a large glass of wine when we only received and ordered a small, so make sure to give your bill a quick double check.
Other than this it's a very nice wee place with friendly staff, but for what is essentially the main (and only) restaurant in Tranent it could have definitely been better...

We were struggling to hear each other because the hard surfaces bounce the sound everywhere making it hard to talk without yelling. The cheapest dishes are just under £10 in the evening going up to £20. House wine was good at about £15 per bottle.
