A Special Treat — Restaurant in Scotland

Cannot describe how awful the service I received from the manager of this store today. I ordered catering for a meeting I was holding through this cafe and had telephoned to enquire what time delivery of the catering would be (not an unusual thing to do in my experience as I am a paying customer) I was in no rush for the catering, but to have an idea of delivery would allow me time to make arrangements during my session. The MANAGER (?) of the store made the delivery, had an awful attitude, was obviously stressed out and unable to provide any basic level of customer service as she proceeded to shout at me and tell me off in front of the professionals I had attending my meeting. Apart from being absolutely astounded that anyone in customer services would behave in this way she then forgot half my order and had to come back AGAIN and started ANOTHER argument with me in front of colleges. really nice place , very tasty food , great menu and huge selection of tray bakes & cakes!

Very attentive to my almost 2 year old daughter too which automatically makes somewhere 10x better we were offered a high chair straight away and her kiddies lunch came out first including fruit and a yogurt on a plastic plate and plastic spoon which you don’t get in most places and I have to take my own which is such a faff, from a mums point of view this place is a must go to!!

I will deffo be returning the man serving us was so lovely and welcoming , I will be telling all my friends and family to make the trip...

Stumbled across this place looking for some cheap breakfast and we were absolutely smitten! Staff was so nice and welcoming, the scones are homemade everyday and so delicious! We bought two to go. Also had the strawberry smoothie and a bagel with cream cheese. Their breakfast menu is simple and delicious (and served all day!!) and their lunch options looked great to. Really great...
