Stumbled upon this place by a passer by and would highlight recommend, we ordered 1x hot dog and chips, 1x chicken goujons and chips and 1x cheesy chips, 10/15 minute wait, friendly staff, was lucky to get a seat outside to wait on my order, dogs welcome, condiments available, beach toys available to buy, friendly customers. Will definitely be back.

Don’t sell pizza at supper time. Fish was frozen and disgusting. Chips were burnt and ends . Charged £10 for burnt fish supper also I’ve seen a bigger goldfish. Won’t ever be back

Decent ice cream and service was good. Reasonable prices and stocked a few beach bits. Could be doing with a wee spruce up inside!

Came in yesterday, 2 of us ordered cheeseburgers. We waited 15mins then received the worst burgers I think we've ever seen. The burger was hard and dry, the slice of cheese hadn't even been melted and the bun wasn't toasted or buttered but worst of all, my bun had green mould on. I took it straight back and the lady was really apologetic and refunded me.. whilst she was doing the refund there was a large brunette girl through the back shouting that it was just the flour on the bun (green flour?) The lady had to show her the mould to make her realise it wasn't just flour. Also realised after that we'd only been refunded for beef burgers not cheese burgers. So we were left hungry and...

With a choice of grossly overpriced pub food further along the seafront and nothing else, we opted to eat here. Dine/eat in food is all served in separate takeaway boxes, to be eaten with a disposable wooden fork (no knives available), which is very disappointing (and bad for the environment). The baked potato was hot and quite tasty but not the easiest to eat without a knife. Prices are on the high for what's served (over £8 for a baked potato with cheese). The place looks somewhat grubby inside and out and could definitely benefit from...

Sadly I can't comment on the quality of the fish and chips, though having read some of the reviews below and and the oily splashes on the counter, I think the surly staff member may have saved me! Walked in at 18.06 to order some supper only to be told the the kitchen closed at 18.00. When I pointed out that the menu I had collected earlier in the day stated that they closed at 18.30 the girl behind the counter stated that she and the chef had decided to close early as the...
